Humberto Portugal Chuquitaype lost his life after being attacked along with his neighbors by a group of thugs who tried to deprive him of the land they own in the “Los Ángeles de Cono Norte” housing associationlocated on the side of the road Arequipa – La Joyain the district of Uchumayo in Arequipa.
