For more than two consecutive months, the price of fuel has remained on the rise in Panama, as this afternoon the Secretary of Energy announced the new prices that register increases as of this Friday, March 8.

With the increase in the cost of this item, 95-octane gasoline 95-octane gasoline rises $0.02, remaining at $1.21 per liter; while 91 octane gasoline, whose current price is $1.15 per liter, rises $0.02, remaining at $1.17 per liter.

The increase will also impact low-sulfur diesel, which will rise one cent to $1.22 per liter.

The Secretary of Energy said that the prices will be in force until 5:59 in the morning of next April 22.

On February 23, March 9 and March 25 there have been announcements of increase.
