According to the investigation, said sentence is derived from the events that occurred in San Fernando, Tamaulipas in August 2010, where people of various nationalities were executed by members of a criminal organization and who were subsequently located inside a warehouse in said municipality.reported the FGR.

Following the accusations made by the Specialized Regional Control Prosecutor’s Office, a federal judge imposed Martín Estrada, 73 years, three months in prison and a fine of 948,090 pesos; Ramón Palomo, 82 years nine months in prison and a fine of one million 42 thousand 899 pesos, while Juvenal Burciaga, 76 years nine months in prison and a fine of 676 thousand 591 pesos 50 cents.
