Two women and a man lost their footing in the water and could not be revived when they left, the deputy chief of the San José Police reported.

Three young people drowned while bathing on the beaches of Kiyú this Sundayas confirmed to The Observer the deputy chief of the San José Police, Germán Suárez.
The chief said that it was two women and a man who lost their footing in the water and who could not be revived when they left. The three deceased were of legal age.
Both the Police and the Prefecture were collecting more information at the close of this edition.
