A three-year-old girl died after the family home where she was located caught fire, located on the first street of Los Molinos, Avenida Universidad, Cumaná (Sucre).
This event occurred last Saturday night. Neighbors tried to put out the flames until agents from the Cumaná Fire Department arrived, who continued with the cooling maneuvers.
Upon entering the property, they found the body of the three-year-old girl under a bed. Mariela Cedeño, mother of the minor, was also hit by the flames, for which she was treated at a regional health center.
In another incident, the body of an 85-year-old woman was located last Sunday night inside an apartment located on the corner of San Ramón, Baralt Avenue, Caracas, says a report from the Fire Department.
