The Department of Investigations against High-Tech Crimes and Crimes (Dicat) and the Specialized Prosecutor for High-Tech Crimes and Crimes arrested three people who seized 210 cards in white PVC material, which they allegedly used to clone the same amount of cards of the Supérate program.
The arrests were carried out through six raids carried out in Los Alcarrizos, Santo Domingo Norte, Santo Domingo Este and in the National District.
According to a press release, the prisoners were identified as Anthony Decena Hernandez, Jerry John Trinidad and Noelia Garcia Santosthe second of these of Venezuelan nationality, who were occupied, in addition to blank cards, cell phones, laptop computers, routers and other electronic devices, with which they are supposed to carry out the fraud.
The prosecutors involved in the six raids, carried out last Saturday morning, respond to the names of Miguel Pichardo, Katiuska Serulle, Jesse James Ventura Ovalles, Wilson Zabala, John Suncar and Waldimir Reynoso, all attached to the Santo Domingo province. and to the National District, accompanied by the commanders of the Technological Crime departments of the Dicat.
