Baní – The Judicial Office of Permanent Attention Services of the judicial district of Peravia imposed three months of preventive detention as a measure of coercion against Alexis Villalona, who faces charges of assault against a woman he hit on public roads.
The measure was requested by the Public Ministry despite the fact that yesterday, the victim decided to dismiss the complaint against Villalona.
Alexis Villalona, was a fugitive for twelve days, after having beaten Mrs. Santa Arias. This after a vehicle accident that occurred on the night of December 31, 2021.
