YesANTHONY SUNDAY – A man involved in the death of his mother and brother in Punta, Villa Mella, Santo Domingo Norte was sent to preventive detention for three months.
To Daniel Moisés Cordero Rodríguez, 30 years old, is accused of the death of his mother Anatalia Rodríguez (Morena), 60 years old, and his brother Pedro Cordero Rodríguez, 29 years old.
The prosecution body, represented by the prosecutor Tito Oseas González, of the Initial Litigation Department, presented elements of evidence that were evaluated by the judge Karen Minyety Marriedof the Judicial Office of Permanent Attention Services of Santo Domingo Este, to impose the coercive measure.
