Three months in prison for a man accused of beating his 2-year-old stepson

Santiago.- Three months of preventive detention were ordered against a man accused of attempted infanticide for allegedly beating his stepson two years old.

The judge of the Permanent Attention Services Office of the Santiago Judicial District, Wendy Tavarez, imposed the precautionary measure on Rafael Jiménez, who must comply with it at the La Isleta de Moca Rehabilitation Center.
