Enriquez Luis Gómez Rodríguez (31), Nelson José Aguana Pirela (24) and Lisandro José Rivas Arismendi (38) were arrested in Cumanagoto Norte, Ayacucho parish, Sucre municipality, Cumaná, Sucre state, after the authorities determined that they were engaged in robbery in the open sea.
