Three days after the former presidential custodian Alejandro Astesiano asked the deputy director of the Police Héctor Ferreira for help because his daughter was suffering domestic violence, the Justice formalized the former son-in-law of the then presidential custodian, as reconstructed The Observer.

In the chat broadcast on Sarandí radio, which was also accessed by El Observador, Astesiano told Ferreira that her daughter was experiencing a situation of violence with her ex-boyfriend. The two of the Police He asked him to give him the man’s phone number “so that Intelligence can see everything. Network everything.”

“The boyfriend is driving me crazy”assured Astesiano in a chat on June 1. “The madman is armed, he will be required. He is harassing her,” said the former custodian.

Astesiano asks “on the possibility of getting someone” what happens in front of your house. “Only if you can. If I catch him I’ll kill this hdp. Today he was threatening,” he continued.

“What are you doing, brother? Yes, calm down… Give me the address”the police chief replied.

Astesiano gave him the address and commented: “He knows how to get in today he threatened my son on his cell phone.”

“Okay, I’ll take care of it”, said Ferreira.

The ex-custodian sent him a photo and told him “look”.

“Are those girls shots?” the deputy chief asked about what appear to be weapons. “I pass it on to Intelligence so that they eat it in two loaves”, assured.

“My daughter never saw the guns but he says yes friends are terrible that he always tells her,” Astesiano said.

“Give me his number”Ferreira wrote. “For”, asked the ex-custodian. “So that Intelligence checks everything. Networks everything”explained the deputy chief.

“Instagram tells me. So that I send you,” answered Astesiano.

then put “The police mobile that the minister put by order of Luis goes thereadded the ex-custodian.

“Did you go to a police station?”Ferreira asked him at another time.

Astesiano said yes, that he was with his daughter and with the “chief” of the police station. “Pass me the name”, Ferreira asked, and the former custodian did.

“Now D’Elia calls her… hold me there”, assured the deputy chief, referring to the head of the Montevideo Headquarters, Mario D’Elía.

On June 4, three days after that conversation, the investigation against his ex-son-in-law was formalized before the Justice at the request of the prosecution. He was charged with an aggravated domestic violence crime. Ministry sources told The Observer that the case was already in the prosecutor’s office and that the imputation request was not related to the request that Astesiano made to Ferreira. Some time later he was sentenced through an abbreviated process.

In a statement, the Ministry of the Interior reported that Ferreira referred the complaint to a Specialized Police Station for Domestic and Gender Violence. They indicated that “it was processed like any complaint from a common citizen.” “This demonstrates the falsity of the news that emerged from the chats,” they stated.

Ferreira had told Astesiano that Mario D’Elía would call his daughter to coordinate actions. “You really are great, you have given me terrible hands,” Astesiano answered. To which Ferreira replied: “Relax…I’ve always been like that, brother.”
