According to the latest report from the Bogotá Mobility Secretariat, at this time 465,888 vehicles have entered the city, and it is expected that in the next few hours they will continue to increase gradually in the different time peaks.
“Today, April 17, we are ready to receive all the people who went out to rest this Easter, we expect the entry of nearly 200,000 vehicles, we remember and it is very important that from 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 00:00 in the afternoon, only vehicles with an even license plate may enter, from 4:00 in the afternoon until 8:00 at night, only vehicles with an odd license plate may enter. This in order to organize ourselves in the best way,” said the Secretary of Mobility of Bogotá, Felipe Ramírez.
It should be remembered that after 8:00 at night all vehicles will be able to enter the city.

The pick and plate will work in nine sections:
- North Freeway: from the Andes toll to the north portal of the TransMilenio system, north-south direction
- South highway: from the municipal limit of Soacha to Boyacá avenue, direction south – north
- Centennial Avenue (13th Street): from the Bogotá river to the city of Cali avenue (86 Carrera avenue), west-east direction
- 80th street avenue: from the guadua bridge to portal 80 of the Transmilenio system, from west to east
- Carrera Seventh Avenue: from 245th Street to 183rd Street, north-south direction
- Boyacá Avenue – Via al Llano: from the Argelino Durán Quintero tunnel to the old Llano road, south-north direction
- Via Suba Cota: from the Bogotá river to 170th street avenue, north-south direction
- Via La Calera: from the Patios toll to Carrera 7 avenue, east-west direction
- Road to Choachi: from the road to Monserrate to the ring road, east-west direction.
You should also keep in mind, that the exception for shared car or for payment of peak and solidarity plate will not apply.
On the other hand, if you are coming from the Autopista Norte, there will be a north-south lane closure between 182nd and 172nd streets. Also keep in mind that this Sunday there will be reversible in the seventh race between streets 245 and 180 (in a north-south direction), between 2:30 in the afternoon and 8:00 at night.
