Bancolombia informed its clients how the service hours in its physical branches by December 2022, taking into account the year-end festivities.
(Usury rate in December will be 41.46%, the highest since 2007).
The entity asked users to schedule their procedures in advance to avoid inconveniences.

• There will be attention during conventional hours on days December 6, 7, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28 and 29.
• Saturdays 10 and 17 there will be attention during conventional hours in those branches that open on Saturdays. Click here to consult them.
• There will be no service on December 8 because it is a holiday.
• On Saturday, December 24, there will be attention until 12:00 noon. in offices that provide service on Saturdays.
• The network of physical branches of the entity It will not open to the public on December 30 and 31.
• Those branches that are within companies will be at the service according to the needs and requests of each of them.

Likewise, it is key that people take into account that on Friday, December 23, the following hours will apply in relation to credit disbursements:
• Agroeasy: Requests will be received until 1:00 pm to guarantee that they are disbursed the same day.
• Finagro Rediscount: requests will be received until 10:00 am, and continues with a service agreement of 2 business days.
• Bancóldex: requests will be received until 1:00 pm, with a service agreement of 2 business days.
• Finder: they are received until 3:00 pm on December 22 to be disbursed on the 23rd. If the disbursement is for a special line that requires a rate code, it must be remembered that the service agreement is for 4 business days.
• Commercial and consumption: applications are received until 6:00 pm
• Mortgage disbursements by check will be processed during normal hours.
In addition, on Thursday, December 29, as the last day of the year with service provision in the network of physical branches, it is essential to take into account that the investment fund cancellation requests received will be paid as of Monday, January 2 of 2023.

Finally, to guarantee that the disbursements are made effective in 2022, the entity recommends taking into account the deadline dates and times, as follows:
• Agroeasy: Applications are received until December 28 at 5:00 p.m. After that time, they can only be attended on Monday, January 2, 2023.
• Finagro Rediscount: These operations can only be submitted to the entity until December 27 at 10:00 am
• Bancóldex: These operations can only be submitted to the entity until December 27 at 1:00 p.m.
• Finder: These operations can only be submitted to the entity until December 27 at 5:00 p.m. Requests received on December 28 and 29 will be applied on Monday, January 2, 2023. If the disbursement is for a special line that requires a code of rate it should be remembered that the service agreement is 4 business days.
• Mortgage disbursements by check will be processed until 12:00 noon on December 29, so that they can be claimed by customers at a physical branch.
• Commercial and consumption: Requests are received until 6:00 pm It is important to remember that during the days when service will not be offered in physical branches, Bancolombia customers and users will be able to use ATMs, kiosks, bank agents, virtual branches, apps, Branch Telefónica, Tabot and social networks.
