This tropical wave is quite developed and moves in a favorable environment for it to continue developing and therefore generate weak to moderate rains during the day on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in the national territory,” said Manuel Prado, director of climate change at Ineter. .
For its part, the Observatory of Natural Phenomena (Ofena) indicated that Nicaragua will experience unstable weather throughout the week with scattered rains in the afternoon and high temperatures in the morning for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and until chances of thunderstorms due to atmospheric conditions for this beginning of the week.

Temperatures will range between 18 and 34 degrees Celsius in the country, with the Pacific area suffering the highest temperatures, which will reach maximums of up to 35 degrees; in the central region, from 25 to 28 °C; in the Mining Triangle, from 25 to 27 °C; and in the Caribbean, from 25 to 26 °C. Minimum temperatures in the Pacific are expected to be 23 to 26 °C; in the central region, from 18 to 25 °C; in the Mining Triangle, from 21 to 24 °C; and in the Caribbean region, from 23 to 25 °C.
Ineter is monitoring a low pressure system that could generate heavier rains in the territory. «Surveillance and monitoring from this tropical wave is being carried out on a probable low pressure system that could be developing parallel to the movement of this wave. So far it is simply a probability, there is still no certainty that it will form, but surveillance is taking place,” he said.
Ofena denounced that pages on social networks and media have created false news about tropical storm and hurricane formations near Nicaraguan territory which they consider false, although they are normal in this season, according to meteorologists there is no risk at the moment, therefore They also call on citizens to obtain information from reliable sources.
