This Wednesday, the mall where Jefferson Farfán invests, ‘La Foquita’, opens

The general manager of the Association of Shopping Centers of Peru (ACCEP), José Antonio Contreras, told RPP that this new mall located south of Lima, in the district of Lurín, will contribute to the growth in Christmas sales of shopping centers thanks to the economic movement that it will generate.

The space has 10 thousand square meters of leasable area. The investment amounts to S/ 55 million and has an innovative design that includes three levels with a wide range of recognized stores.

The ‘foquita mall’ – as they call it – has a basement with parking for 100 vehicles, three floors for a commercial mix, health, beauty, gourmet plaza, banking, gym and, in addition, it will have the first rooftop (outdoor experience with a view panorama).

La ‘Foquita’ is a partner of this firm that is promoting the shopping center.

According to Trome, the former soccer player has launched his clothing brand and will have a space in the mall.

The aforementioned media reported that Jefferson Farfán’s mother (Doña Charo) was the visionary of this land in 2018, post World Cup (Russia 2018).

KM40 is already promoting the inauguration on its Instagram account.

And ‘La Foquita’ has also spread the space on its social networks, where it has written: “DREAM FULFILLED.”
