Santiago. On Saturday, July 13, Cooperativa La Altagracia held its first Job Fair with great success. From very early on, many people gathered in search of job opportunities, forming a line that extended for two streets.
The fair began at 8:30 am in the “70th Anniversary” building of the La Altagracia Cooperative, where Rosa Rodríguez, Human Resources Manager, gave the welcoming remarks. Later, Sonnia Galván, Business Manager, offered an invocation to start the day.
Eduardo García, Vice President of the Central Board of Directors, highlighted the importance of the job fair as an initiative that positively impacts society in his keynote speech.
The first La Altagracia Cooperative Job Fair was an event full of meaningful opportunities for all participants. More than 15 institutions were present and more than 1,200 people attended, who had the opportunity to interact directly with representatives of the participating companies.
