The four people whose house arrest was revoked in the case of the peasant headquarters are: Kevin Leonardo López Cáceres, José Carlos Quinteros Barbery, Erick Andrés Suárez Pérez and José Carlos Espiranzay. They are accused of the alleged crimes of incitement public to commit a crime, criminal association and aggravated robbery.
The other defendants for the destruction in the COD, which also were sent to Palmasola for 30 days are: Álvaro Choque Cruz, Sebastián Méndez Sevilla, Isidoro Selaya Fernández and Luis Mateo Hurtado.
