From this Thursday until Saturday, November 16, the Congress of the Historical Block for the 21st century will be held in Caracas, whose main objective will be to debate the Concrete Action Agenda (ACA), the transformation of the State appropriate to new times and the actions to be carried out in the long term.
President Nicolás Maduro has been constantly highlighting the importance of this congress for the construction of the new homeland.
In that sense, he said that “after long months of consultation, debate and dialogue, in the exercise of true democracy, as of November 14, the congressional work tables will be installed with all their delegations, spokespersons and work teams.” .
6,000 delegates from all over the country will participate in this event, and representatives of the five generations, who at the working tables will discuss the Government Plan 2025-2030, conceptualized as the Homeland Plan of the 7 Transformations.

The president has promoted the debate to work on three essential points such as the economy, public services and security.
The idea is to move from the economy of war and resistance to a self-sustaining economy, with diversified growth and articulated with the new world.
Additionally, strengthen public services, infrastructure and public works in the country, with the vision of building human cities for good living.
Regarding security, peace and sovereignty, the mechanisms to maintain a safe and stable country, with the capacity to defend itself, will be debated.
President Maduro emphasized – among other issues to be addressed – the refoundation of the State and vision 2054 by explaining that “this strategic plan aims to consolidate Venezuela as a power in the context of Latin America and the Caribbean, unified and free.” .
The congress will end on Saturday the 16th with the specific results.
