Juan Pablo Ángel is a former Colombian soccer player who had a great step through soccer in Argentina with River Plate and in Europe with Aston Villa. He was also part of the Colombian National Team in the World Cup Qualifiers in Korea and Japan 2002, Germany 2006 and South Africa 2010.

His retirement from sports activity took place in 2014, at the Atanasio Girardot Stadium, wearing the colors of his beloved Atlético Nacional.
Precisely in that year, one of his three children, Gerónimo, appeared on the reality show ‘The voice Kids’a program on the Caracol channel that seeks the best children’s voice in Colombia every season that appears on the channel’s grid.
At that time, Geronimo was thirteen years old and his parents supported him in his dream of being the winner of the contest.
Gerónimo was part of Fanny Lú’s group of talents, a jury who turned around and pressed the red button to take the voice of the Colombian soccer player’s son.
He participated in several galas but finally did not advance to the reality show finals. Despite leaving the pageant, her dreams have not yet been extinguished and she continues to work hard to achieve them.
Eight years have passed since then and today, Gerónimo Ángel is 21 years old.
Today, the young man looks very much like his father, with a thick beard and a similar haircut.
Geronimo studies several disciplines related to art and has shown his taste for fashion. He even recently became part of Colombia Moda as a host.
“I love fashion, I feel that it is a way of expressing myself, of telling stories through unique pieces,” said the eldest son of the former River Plate striker.
