Users who forget an object after a trip through the app can make a report through their Uber account, either from the phone application or on a computer and follow the following steps:

- Choose the option Find a forgotten object.
- Click on Contact your driver for a forgotten item.
- Enter the phone number where you want to be contacted and press Send.
- Minutes later the user will receive a call to be able to contact the driver.
- If the driver confirms having found the item, you can coordinate a convenient time and place to return it. Clever!
It may happen that the driver is in the middle of a trip at that moment and cannot answer the call. In that case, the user can leave a message with the description of the lost object and their data so that the driver can contact them again.
