Users who forget an object after a trip through the app can make a report through their Uber account, either from the phone application or on a computer and follow the following steps:

Click on Contact your driver for a forgotten item.
Enter the phone number where you want to be contacted and press Send.
Minutes later the user will receive a call to be able to contact the driver.
