The Second International Entrepreneurship and Innovation Meeting, EtMday Santiago 2022, which will take place this Thursday, December 15 and Friday, December 16, adds the astronomer and National Science Award winner, José Maza, as a speaker at this instance that seeks to connect the world of entrepreneurship with the corporate world. The activities will take place between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. in the Vitacura Bicentennial Parkwith networking dynamics such as the Car Pitch, Talks and panels with more than 130 exhibitors, practical workshops, contact rounds, consultancies, 1-on-1 mentoring, and startup stands. EtMday is the largest meeting in the world of entrepreneurship and innovation that takes place in Chile, with the aim of connecting -in the same place- entrepreneurs and startups of all levels with the most recognized companies, investors, corporate leaders and businessmen. of the country, to generate new and better business opportunities. For this edition, more than 15 thousand attendees from the ecosystem are expected.

The activities will begin at 10 am each day. Friday the 16th, stand out the “Pitchday Chilemas Emprende” of Corfo, at 10.30 am, which is also the prelude to the talk by astronomer José Maza, “The Terraforming of Mars, the great challenge to entrepreneurship and human innovation”, at 12 hrs. Then to the “6 ideas to hack your mind” by Roberto Cahmi and Wilson Pais, at 2:00 p.m. The Innovative panel: “Experiences and reflections to promote female innovation” with Kattina Orellana, Constanza Di’az, Catalina Garrid, Mo’nica Rau, Marie Auteroche and María Sepúlveda, at 3:00 p.m., Practical Robotics Workshop by Daniela Sáez at 2:30 p.m., the workshop “How to be sexy so they invest in my startup” by Cristián Tala and the talk “How to navigate storms” by Mauricio Russo, Co-Founder of CasaIdeas, at 5:20 p.m.
The 20 panels of experts will be on topics such as: Capital Raising, Corporate Venture Capital, Sustainability, Foodtech, Circular Economy, Entrepreneurship in times of change, Metaverse and Governance for Startups.
The 25 activities and talks on the main stage will be led by figures such as Joe Roberts (from School of Rock), José Maza (astronomer and National Science Award), Federico Restrepo “The entrepreneurial IKIGAI”, Grand Final of NadaNosDetiene, Impacta VC with “The Era of New VC in Latam”, Corfo “PitchDay Chile Mass Emprende”, Mentors for Chile “Dare with your Pitch”, “SQM bets on Venture Capital fund” and the “Final of the Startup Creation tournament” organized by Universidad Andrés Beautiful.
There will be 10 contact rounds with themes such as: internationalization, Health and Well-being, Retail and Ecommerce, Circular Economy + Sustainability, Mining, Fintech, Foodtech/Agriculture, as well as Transport and Logistics.
There will be 1,200 1-on-1 mentoring sessions, with 300 professionals on Marketing & Ecommerce, Legal & Tax Advice, Design Thinking, Business Model, Strategic Communication and Circular Economy.
In addition, there will be 120 startup stands, along with an extensive ecosystem area, and other beneficial spaces for the generation of new opportunities that promote national entrepreneurship.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
+ There are two accesses to Etmday, both along Avenida Bicentenario (west and east), where there will be accreditation points. It is recommended to pre-register at etmday.org
+ There will be a food court, with five food tracks with varied gastronomic offers such as hotdogs, hamburgers, sandwiches, sushi, salads, fajitas, including vegetarian and vegan alternatives, as well as options for coffee, ice cream, drinks, water and juices.
