The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) approved the annual monthly schedule for the payment of salaries and pensions of the public administration corresponding to Fiscal Year 2025.
The measure was made official through Vice-Ministerial Resolution N°005-2024-EF/11.01, published in the Legal Standards bulletin of the Official Gazette El Peruano on the last day of December 2024.
The resolution includes the schedule for different types of payments, distributed in three annexes:
Annex 1: Schedule of remuneration payments by the executing units of the National Government and regional governments.
Annex 2: Pension schedule under Decree Law 20530.
Annex 3: Pension schedule of Decree Law 19990, financed by the Pension Normalization Office (ONP).
The schedule details the dates for periodic payments, including contracts under the Administrative Services Contract (CAS) regime, stipends for programs such as Secigra and Serums, tips for interns, and payments to personnel in military and police schools.
The resolution establishes that bonuses for schooling, as well as bonuses for National Holidays and Christmas, will be delivered in the corresponding months. In addition, other concepts such as Compensation for Time of Service (CTS), bonuses and possible compensation, will be attended to in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
For executing units with personnel under the Labor Regime of Legislative Decree 728, it is allowed to make payments of salaries and bonuses for July and December in a single form, respecting the stipulated dates.
The resolution highlights the importance of maintaining regularity in salary and pension obligations, in line with the commitments assumed by the Peruvian State.
