The National Development Plan is structured around five transformations and contemplates 1,154.8 trillion pesos for the next four years.
First of all, it is found human security and social justice that guarantees human dignity, the exercise of freedoms and the development of the necessary capacities so that people and households can carry out their life plan. For this purpose, the projected value is equivalent to 744.2 billion pesos (64 percent).

Second, there isto regional convergence transformation, which is the process of reducing social and economic gaps between households and regions in the country. The projected value for this point amounts to a preliminary amount of 136.5 trillion pesos (12 percent).
With 114.3 trillion pesos (10 percent) it is productive transformation, internationalization and climate action that is oriented towards diversified productive activities that take advantage of biodiversity and ecosystem services, that respect and guarantee human rights and contribute to building resilience in the face of climate shocks.

In fourth place is the transformation of the human right to food, which seeks that all people have an adequate diet and allows them to have an active and healthy life. This has preliminarily resources amounting to 47.4 trillion pesos (4 percent).
Fifth, it appears land use transformation around water and has estimated resources of 28.5 trillion pesos (2 percent) for the specific commitments of this transformation.
Additionally, there is a macroeconomic closure in which transversal actions are estimated for the plan’s betswith indicative resources for the value of 83.9 trillion pesos (7 percent).
