This December 15, the Trial Court will announce the meaning of the ruling for the massacre of 7 young people in Colón

This Tuesday the oral trial for the massacre of 7 young people in a wooded area of ​​Espinar, in the province of Colón, ended.

The Public Ministry reported that the Trial Court will announce the meaning of the ruling this Wednesday, December 15, at 2:00 p.m.

For the massacre of these young people there are two people, aged 21 and 25, charged with the alleged commission of crimes against life and personal integrity (aggravated intentional homicide), femicide, against economic assets (aggravated robbery) and against liberty and personal integrity (kidnapping).

The massacre of these 7 youths occurred on July 17, 2020 when a group of 13 youths were in Gatun Lake and the two linked arrived with a firearm and intimidated them, allegedly stripping them of their personal items and leading three of they to the bunker in this sector, where they were later shot.
