By false statement a Cuban citizen who arrived in national territory by the Panama Pacific B/.25,000.00 is retained, becoming the third case detected in this air terminal from the same route so far this month January.
The Cuban citizen from Havana when questioned by the Customs Inspector said he had not reported anything in the Digital Affidavit because he only brought B/.9,000.00 so following the protocol he made his luggage by the scanner where an irregularity was reflected in his personal bag.
After this finding, a secondary inspection was carried out in the presence of a National Police agent, finding within a book the B/.25,000.00 that were retained and put in custody of the Public Ministry.
