A new request to suspend the criminal electoral jurisdiction of former President Ricardo Martinelli will be presented by the National Directorate of Electoral Organization before the plenary session of the Electoral Court.
And it is that this request not only reaches the former president of the Republic, but all the members of the Realizing Goals (RM) party, which recently held internal elections.
According to the National Directorate of Electoral Organization, this decision is made after arguing that the validity of the electoral jurisdiction should have ended after the last proclamation of these elections, as established in the electoral code.

The decision of the National Directorate of Electoral Organization was revealed in the electoral bulletin 5053-B in which it also ordered the administrative prosecutor on duty and the General Electoral Prosecutor to report on this issue in order to determine the corresponding criminal responsibilities.
