This Thursday the 18th, the Special Commission for the Reform of the Law on the Housing and Habitat Benefit Regime of the National Assembly must present its first working paper to the Administration and Services Commission and then it will deploy this project for public consultation and debate, where Participation is expected in each workplace, company, union organizations, the popular sector, among others.
Deputy Franklin Rondón, a member of the Housing Law Reform Commission, made the announcement in an interview with the state channel, Venezolana de Televisión.
He explained that the public consultation of the project will constitute a great national deployment that will include collection of proposals, not only in person, but also via email and WhatsApp.
Likewise, he said that this first phase of work has been dedicated to discussion among the parliamentarians themselves.
Rondón assured that the reform of the law will make it possible to update this legal instrument and bring it into line with the new times and with the guidelines of the Great Housing Mission Venezuela.
The parliamentarian also pointed out that emphasis will be placed on the allocation of housing for the most vulnerable sectors, including workers in the fishing sector, the countryside and the communes.
He assured that with the reform of the housing law it is intended to give a new orientation to the National Housing and Habitat Bank to facilitate the granting of credits and leverage.
