The Labor, Health and Social Development Commission of the National Assembly approved Bill 830, which modifies Law 86 of 2010, modified by Law 15 of 2014 on the B/.120.00 program at 65.
The project, presented by Deputy Bernardino Gonzalez, seeks to include in this program older adults who, even though they own real estate or have bank accounts, live in conditions of social risk, vulnerability, marginalization, poverty and even extreme poverty.
