The Women of Weight program will celebrate its sixth anniversary with the forum “Women in Banking” with the aim of exploring the impact of female leadership in the financial sector. It will be held on Saturday, March 15 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Paraninfo of the Faculty of Economics of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD).
The forum will feature the participation of Rosanna Ruíz, president of the Association of Multiple Banks of the Dominican Republic (ABA), as the main speaker.
In addition to two panels in which an official of the Superintendency of Banks and Executives of Financial Entities in the country such as Banco Popular, Banreservas, Banco Agrícola, Popular Association of Savings and Loans and Promipyme, who will address the progress, challenges and opportunities facing women in this sector.
