Santo Domingo.– The Public Ministry requested preventive detention as a measure of coercion against José Alexander de los Santos Lemos «Alex package«accused of shot Alexandry Junior Pilier Alexwit ‘ and hurt WILLAL STIVEN CASTRO COLLADOduring a violent event that occurred on July 31 at the restaurant Mg Kitchenlocated on Gustavo Mejía Ricart street, in the Naco sector, in the National District.
The application was submitted by the prosecutor Vidalis Moraof the Department of Crimes and Crimes against the Person (Homicides), before the Judicial Office of Permanent Attention Services of the National District, which will know the measure this Saturday, August 2.
According to the investigation, De Los Santos Lemos was sharing with friends at the restaurant when Pilier arrived with his sentimental partner. In the midst of a discussion, the accused extracted a firearm from his belt and shot on multiple occasions, causing Pilier’s death and wounding Castro Collado.
