The Senate will invite President Claudia Sheinbaum to attend the solemn session on September 1 in which 881 ministers, magistrates and elected judges will protest.
The president of the Senate, Gerardo Fernández Noroña, said that Sheinbaum He commented a few days ago, and reiterated it again, that if he is invited to the protest of the new Judiciary, he will come. I already tell you that you are invited, I will turn the invitation

He acknowledged, however, that there may be problems with the schedule of the president, since that September 1 must send to the Congress his first work report at 17 hours and head a ceremony for that reason.
In the solemn session, the first to give protest will be the nine ministers of the Supreme Court, followed by the two new magistrates of the Superior Chamber of the Electoral Court of the Judicial Power of the Federation and 15 of the Regional Chambers.
Then, the five magistrates of the Court of Judicial Discipline, the 486 district magistrates and, in the end, the 386 circuit judges will assume the position.
