This Tuesday, the deputy to the National Assembly for the Cojedes state, Nosliw Andreina Rodríguez, asked the legislature to open an investigation regarding the destination of the resources assigned by the national Executive, through the Federal Council of Government, to the Cojedes state, entity governed by the opposition Alberto Galíndez.
Rodríguez denounced that in that entity “there is a State Planning Council that must be convened so that these resources can be distributed and executed for the people of Cojedeño, and this has not happened,” he said.
He stressed that “that is why I request that this assembly, which is responsible for political control, carry out an investigation into the distribution of these resources.”
Likewise, he denounced that the right-wing mayors “place the local planning councils at their convenience, they try to exclude the members of the People’s Power”, since they are not part of these.
For his part, the first vice president of the AN, deputy Pedro Infante, instructed the Permanent Comptrollership Commission to investigate the destination of those resources.
