The idea, as reported from the TCMis to install a radio station, which will be named Santa Rosa. Through it, they indicated, they seek to strengthen the national identity and the presence of the State in the area.
In addition, keep residents informed about the different social support actions in the areas of education and health mainly.
“The intervention will have a direct impact on the provinces of Putumayo and Mariscal Ramón Castilla in the department of Loreto, bordering Colombia and Brazil, where it is vital to ensure an effective presence of the State. To achieve this, the MTC is managing the delivery of equipment for the implementation of the project,” they indicated.
The Vice Minister of Communications, Carlo De los Santos, said that his sector supports the initiative formulated by the Defense sector, formulated through the Vice Ministry of Defense Policies and the Joint Command of the Armed Forces, with the objective of strengthening the national identity in the most strategic areas of our border.
“In the line of interventions for inclusion and the consolidation of our sovereignty, this project is a clear example of articulation and synergy between two relevant sectors. Connectivity must be facilitated and the bond of our compatriots strengthened,” he said.
