Musical bands, a craft fair and traditional parades will take place in Tecnópolis next Sunday at the Migrant’s Day Festival, which will be held for the first time in that venue and will be organized by the Human Rights Secretariat and the Ministry of Culture.
Under the motto #MigrarEsUnDerechomembers of groups from countries in the region will meet in the “Federal Courtyard” of Tecnópolis, to listen to stories by members of different migrant groups about access to rights.
Also, there will be comparsa parades Candombe “Kimbara” from Uruguay and the Bolivian Folkloric Association, and more than 20 craft stalls while there will be musical shows throughout the afternoon.
On stage the Colombian band “Son de Arroyo”, the children’s group “Les Limones” from Argentina and the murga “Esa Te La Debo” will perform.
Meanwhile, representatives of different national and international organizations to assist on the rights of migrants.
Finally, an institutional act is planned and for the closing a show by the National rock band “Walking Barefoot”.
