A web platform called Ticket will be operational before the end of January 2023 for the purchase and sale of Freely Convertible Currency (MLC) in the 37 branches of Cadeca in the country, as announced this Monday by authorities of that institution.

The outlet points out that Ticket has been undergoing a pilot test since last Thursday at the Parque Vidal branch, in the province of Villa Clara. The first people obtained currency without problems after entering the application’s Waiting Room the previous week, according to the information provided by the manager.
The media specifies that the computer tool was created by the company Xetid as a reservation system on-lineis available for PC (ticket.xutil.net) and through mobile devices with Android operating system at www.apklis.cu.
Jandro Velázquez, director of Xetid’s base business unit in the central region of Villa Clara, told the agency that to register, the user will correctly complete the requested data.
The specialist explained that each branch will have its Waiting Room, where the person can add three beneficiaries, so that family and friends can access the service if they do not have a computer or mobile device.
Personal data is validated by the Citizen’s Single File, which allows interoperability between entities and offers greater reliability on the information, indicates the report.
According to the president of Cadeca, customers only need to present their identity card when going to the offices after using Ticket. If they do not attend the appointment, the reservation on-line it is lost automatically.

No Cadeca worker can intercede to advance or delay a shift, Alonso Vázquez told ACN, adding that the user can only be in one Waiting Room at a time.
The media recalls that the Central Bank of Cuba (BCC) authorized since last August the exchange operations in the 37 Cadeca offices approved for it; in each operation the client is authorized to buy up to 100 US dollars or its equivalent in another MLC.
