He Trust for the Construction of Low Cost Housing in the Dominican Republic (Trust VBC RD) announced this Friday the opening of the tender public for the construction of a mortuary in City Juan Bosch, housing complex located in the Santo Domingo Este municipality of the Santo Domingo province.
This procedure is performed under the reference VBCRD-CCC-LPN-FUNE-2024-01, in accordance with Law No. 340-06 on Purchases and Contracts Public and its applicable regulations, refers to a paid space of the Trust VBC RD.
Starting Thursday, October 24, those interested will be able to withdraw the Sheet of Conditions Specific in the offices of the Management Unit of the Trust VBC RD, located on Gustavo MejÃa Ricart Avenue No. 81, Biltmore II Professional Tower, 10th Floor, Piantini, National District. The time for document withdrawal will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, at no cost to participants.
It will also be available for discharge in it portal institutional of the Ministry of the Presidency in www.minpre.gob.do.
This process is open to people physical or legalnational or international and consortia interested in developing the work in accordance with the specifications techniques established.
Bidders must present their proposals techniques (Envelope A) and economic (Envelope B) on the following dates:
- Wednesday, December 11, 2024, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, reception of the envelopes and opening of “Envelope A”.
- Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM, opening and reading of “Envelope B”.
Both events will take place in the offices of the Management Unit of the VBC RD Trust.
