The Ministry for Women and Gender Equity warned that the portfolio holder, Antonia Orellana, suffered an identity theft on her social networks.
Through a statement, the ministry indicated that “we have received complaints of identity theft on social networks from our minister Antonia Orellana. These would be possible fraud attempts.”
Along the same lines, they noted that “the real accounts of Minister Antonia Orellana on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook are certified (verified)”. Given this, from the portfolio they delivered a series of recommendations to users so as not to fall into possible fraud.
“Never open links, emails or messages of dubious origin. If you receive messages from suspicious accounts, review the following procedure to report identity theft on social networks,” they concluded from the portfolio.
