Juan Teixeira Diazpresident of the National Institute of Civil Aeronautics of Venezuela (INAC)reported through his Twitter account that the collection of air tickets using a different referential rate than the one set by the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) is prohibited.
“As the aeronautical authority of the RBV, I confirm that the collection of air tickets using a referential rate other than that established by the Central Bank of Venezuela is prohibited,” he published.

The president of INAC also announced that the Automated Aeronautical Complaint System (Sada) is activated and available so that all people can make their respective claim in real time and immediately, just by scanning the QR code.

“We make the Sada system available to passengers to report irregularities of this type,” said Teixeira, encouraging the community to “report the airline that speculates with the (prices of) tickets.”
These measures are announced by Teixeira when, little by little, air connections with other countries are re-established and more airlines are added to the air system for national and international flights.
