The Faculty of Higher Studies (FES) Aragón, of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), summoned all those involved in the alleged case of plagiarism for which Minister Yasmín Esquivel Mossa is indicated to send the allegations by email who want to present on the subject, no later than this Thursday at noon.
In a brief statement published on the FES Aragón website, the Academic and Scientific Integrity Committee of said campus called to the people who participated as authors, jurors or advisers, in the two professional theses dated July 1986 and September 1987, which were made known in recent days and which involve a former student of the FES Aragón (alluding to Esquivel) and a former student of the Faculty of Law (in this case, Édgar Ulises Báez Gutiérrez)
.
The agency invited them “to express what is of interest to them, identifying themselves for this purpose, to the email [email protected]no later than 12 noon on Thursday the 29th of the present, in order to be considered in the analysis being carried out by this collegiate body”.
The ruling will be announced in the coming days.
As reported by this newspaper yesterday, authorized sources from the UNAM had announced that the FES Aragón committee in charge of the issue would meet in the coming days
to analyze the case of alleged plagiarism for which Esquivel Mossa, minister of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN), is accused.

involved in the case of alleged plagiarism, The General Directorate of Libraries and Digital Information Services of this University found that there is a high level of coincidences between both texts
.
The result of the aforementioned analysis, he announced at the time, The Academic and Scientific Integrity Committee of the FES Aragón will be informed, the body in charge of reviewing the case, respecting due legal process and in strict adherence to the procedures and times established in university regulations.

President Andrés Manuel López Obrador called on the UNAM to clarify before January 2 the issue of the alleged plagiarism committed by the minister of the SCJN.
