They unearthed 423 marijuana plants on a farm

A marijuana crop was located and destroyed in the Los Tres Cerros sector, Montes municipality (Cumanacoa), Sucre, military sources said.

There were 423 marijuana plants on the plot, which were unearthed by members of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB).

On the “farm” they also found 3,890 marijuana seeds, a 44-caliber Maiola pistol, a 12-gauge shotgun and nine cartridges of various calibers. At the site they arrested Yexzandri Carolina Brito Álvarez, Néstor José Alcalá Cedeño and a minor. They will be prosecuted for illicit drug trafficking and illicit possession of a firearm.
