They supervise works and adaptation on an interneighborhood avenue in Caracas

The mayor of Caracas, A/J Carmen Meléndez, supervised the work to adapt the edge failure that occurred on Intervecinal Avenue, in the San Pedro parish. “We are activated with this work, working on the street, as ordered by our president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro,” he wrote through the social network Instagram.

On the other hand, through the same social network, he indicated that a field in the San Agustín parish was recovered, where the community participated with great joy in the reopening of this sports space. “With the rehabilitation of fields in Caracas we continue to contribute to the massification of sport in the territory, in each parish, in each sector, reaching all families, in compliance with the policies of our president Nicolás Maduro.”

He also took the opportunity to add that this Saturday, October 26, the Comprehensive Defense Body and Combatant Corps of the Mayor’s Office of Caracas was activated with an exercise, in which different security entities participated, in the El Junquito parish.

He stressed that 40 personnel from the Caracas Police, 15 from Civil Protection, 19 members of the combatant forces and 20 students from the Training Center of the National Experimental University of Security (CEFO) El Junquito participated in this drill, in which that 22 vehicles were used, under the coordination of the Secretariat of Citizen Security.
