The head of the Government of Caracas, Nahum Fernández, supervised the work to recover and reinforce the electrical wiring that illuminates Plaza Caracas Bella on the Gran Cacique Guaicaipuro highway, which was the object of sabotage.
This was reported by Nahum Fernández, through his account on the social network Twitter, @Nahumjfernandezin which he pointed out that the teams have done an impeccable job to ensure that this work is beautiful.
