The man who was thrown from a wheelbarrow after being stabbed multiple times had received 16 sharp puncture wounds by their attackers. The two perpetrators of the incident were his ‘friends’, with whom he shared alcoholic drinks at the home of one of them; However, in the heat of alcohol, the now deceased argued with one of the men and he began the attack. stabbing him with a knife and machetes.
The victimized man was identified as Miguel Ángel Wels Justiniano, who had had the argument with one of his friends, allegedly over passionate motives, which motivated his opponent to attack him with a machete, an attack that was seconded by his other ‘friend’.
The two subjects, with a knife and machete in hand, inflicted 16 puncture wounds on him; But not satisfied with this, they got rid of the body. They took a wheelbarrow and one of them took the lifeless body out of the building and abandoned on public roads.
Neighbors on 1st Street in the Satélite Norte area, in the municipality of Warnes, who witnessed the incident, alerted the Police to begin investigations.
The director of the Special Force to Fight Crime (Felcc), Colonel Gustavo Astilla, indicated that the incident is being investigated for the crime of homicide; He also confirmed that one of the material authors was apprehended, this one identified as Ivan Richard Uraezaña Boizapa, 27 years old.
“The events were recorded in the early morning hours of November 16, when the three subjects were sharing alcoholic beverages and presumably some illicit substances in a home. One of them was victimized, one was already arrested while the other accomplice and perpetrator is a fugitive,” the police chief detailed in a press conference.
The causes of death, certified by the coroner, were: multiple puncture wounds in the abdominal region, hypovolemic shock due to a knife and multiple contusions.
“The scene of the events was identified and evidence used by the perpetrators was seized, including two knives, a machete and a wheelbarrow. One of the perpetrators, Iván Uraezaña Boizapa, was arrested and is fugitive is “Abel Quispe Ciuza”said.
Abel was the one who transported the body of his ‘friend’ in a wheelbarrow, almost a block from his home, then fled. This subject, according to information from the Police, has a criminal record: one in 2019, for the crime of attacking public health, a case investigated in Potosí; and the second case for the crime of family or domestic violence, in 2015 (investigated in Santa Cruz).
The arrested person identified as Ivan Richar Uraezaña Boizapa also has a record for the crime of robbery. This is waiting to be brought before a judge for his precautionary hearing.
