The Public Ministry reported that Wilfredo Antonio Santana Sibada (54) was condemned to be 15 years in prison; After admitting his responsibility in the sexual abuse of a seven -year -old child in the Falcón state.
According to the information released by the Attorney General’s Office, the fact was reported on November 14, 2020 after receiving a complaint filed by the victim’s mother before officials of the Corps of Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations (Cicpc).
The victim’s mother indicated, before the Cicpc, that while her son played in the courtyard of the house of relatives in Santa Ana de Coro, Santana Sibada called him to be home. Once he had it inside the home, he introduced his penis into the child’s mouth against his will.
The child’s parent stressed that this had happened on several occasions that same day. The subject threatened the child not to speak.
