The judicial authorities send a 54-year-old man to jail for being alleged responsible for the crimes of abusive carnal access with a minor under 14 years of ageabusive sexual acts with a minor under 14 years of age and demand for commercial sexual exploitation with a minor under 18 years of age.
The events occurred in the municipality of Apartadó, Antioquia, between 2020 and 2022. The man would have sexually abused a 12-year-old minor, and another 13-year-old, children of who at that time was his sentimental partner.
According to the investigation carried out by a sexual crimes prosecutor in the Antioquia Sectional, The man would have given money and gifts to his stepchildren so that they would have sexual relations with other minors.

The authorities indicated that these acts were recorded by the man and shared and exchanged on social networks. In addition, in the investigation it was possible to show that the abuse would have continued after the mother of the minors ended her love relationship with the man.
