They seized two soldiers with three rifles and 200 chargers

Two soldiers were captured in Caracas when they were allegedly transporting three AK-47 rifles and 200 magazines.

The detainees are identified as José Francisco Gámez Inaga, first lieutenant of the Bolivarian Military Aviation, attached to the José Antonio Páez Air Base, Puerto Ayacucho (Amazon) and Remigio Jesús Ruiz Corro, retired sergeant, according to a report by the National Police Bolivarian to which we had access.

Three Ak-47 rifles and two hundred chargers were seized from the military.

Through a video, Ruiz Corro confirmed his arrest and says that he resides in 23 de Enero, Caracas. “Lieutenant Gámez approached me to help him sell some AK rifles,” revealed Ruiz Corro.

In other material, First Lieutenant Gámez confessed that he was intercepted by the PNB just as he was carrying the two AK rifles, which were going to be transferred to Puerto Ayacucho “to be delivered to citizen Benito Juárez of an irregular group.”

The Public Ministry was notified of the procedure.
