After four operations carried out in Santa Cruzagents of the Special Force to Fight Drug Trafficking (Felcn) they seized more than 169 kilos of controlled substance They were valued at almost half a million dollars.
José Illanes, national director of Felcn, indicated that three people were apprehended and four vehicles were hijacked in these police interventions and highlighted the work of anti-drug agents, since they successfully carried out the operations in less than 72 hours.
“128 kilos with 600 grams were kidnapped of cocaine base paste and 40 kilos with 850 grams of cocaine hydrochloride, whose real affectation to the patrimony is 489,435 dollars”, he explained.
He also reported that so far in 2023 1,327 operations have been carried out against drug trafficking throughout the national territory.
