The Provincial Municipality of Huancayo (MPH) recommended that citizens avoid the purchase of products in informality points, because they represent a health danger.

The warning was given after a joint operation of the Bromatology Unit, State Security and the Regional Health Directorate (DIRESA), where eight boxes of sweets were seized that presented adulterated expiration dates, erased or cut.
The intervention was carried out in the corner of Purongation Piura and Jr. Atahualpa, where a street tricycle expended cookies, chocolates, panetones and wafers in poor condition.

“They are products that do not comply with health protocols and represent a risk to citizens, so they were confiscated,” said Public Services Manager, Ing. Jhansell Espinoza Cárdenas.
