The operation was carried out in five warehouses on Av. Sebastián Barranca where they seized expired and contraband products.
Among them, they seized 174 units of liquor bottles, which amount to 2,100 soles.
The operation was directed by Hugo Garay, from the Second Provincial Prosecutor for Crime Prevention of Huancavelica, who explained to the merchants the procedure of the operation, as well as members of the Fiscal Police Area, Criminal Investigation Department of the National Police of Peru.

The sanitary inspector of the provincial commune and the person in charge of the Food Hygiene Program also participated, as well as the representative of the Huancavelica Health Network, Daisy Katerine Ventura Huamán.
“During the operation we also urge merchants to review the products they purchase for sale. The operation was carried out in accordance with the established norms”, explained Ventura Huamán.
