A total of 21 panelas of cocaine were seized in the last hours during two procedures carried out in Caracas by agents attached to the Directorate against Organized Crime of the Bolivarian National Police, according to police sources.
One of the operations was carried out behind the Los Flores de Catia Popular Clinic, where they captured Douglas Alexander Lucena Goyo, who at the time was transporting 10 panelas of cocaine, with an approximate gross weight of ten kilograms.
And in the Los Laureles sector, Cota 905, the police agents seized 11 panelas of cocaine, which were carried by Reiver Enrique Mendoza Rincón (29) and Carlos Tablante Méndez (53).
The shipment of 21 panelas was mobilized from Colombia by the people of Garbys Ochoa (the garbys), one of the leaders of the criminal structure that operated in the Height 905 along with Carlos Calderón (El Vampi) and Carlos Revetti (El Koki), according to investigations.
El Garbys took advantage of the armed incursion of Carlos Enrique Gómez Rodríguez (El Conejo), on February 5 in Las Tejerías (Aragua), to mobilize small amounts of cocaine with a view to reconquering the Cota 905 market, according to reports.
